Who we are

OKWiFi provides a cloud platform for managed Wi-Fi, captive portals and related services. This policy covers this website (okwifi.in) and the information you send us through it.

What we collect on this website

• Forms. When you request a demo, contact us or apply to partner, we store what you enter (such as name, company, email, phone and message) and the page you sent it from.
• Anti-spam. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address and a shortened browser identifier with a form submission, to stop abuse. We cannot recover your IP address from the hash.
• Usage counts. We count page views and button clicks per page and per day. These counts contain no IP address, cookie or identifier, and we do not collect them at all if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics.

How we use it

We use form details only to reply to you, arrange a demo or evaluate a partnership. We do not sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Wi-Fi users of our customers

When you use Wi-Fi at a venue that runs OKWiFi, that venue or its service provider decides what is collected (for example your mobile number for OTP login) and is responsible for it. OKWiFi processes that data on their behalf and keeps each customer’s data separate.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, encryption of stored secrets, access controls and audit logs.
