Vouchers: Common Questions

Time or data vouchers: which should I use?

Time vouchers suit stays and events (for example 24 hours); data vouchers suit short visits where you want to cap usage. Each voucher follows the limits of the plan it is created for.

How do we hand vouchers out?

Generate a batch, then print it as cards with QR codes or export it as CSV. Guests type the code or scan the QR on the portal; staff can also redeem a code for a guest.

Can a voucher be used twice?

No. Each code is redeemed once and then counts against its plan’s time, data and device limits. Batches show which codes are used and which have expired.
