Membership: Common Questions
Can guests pay for WiFi online?
Yes. Guests pick a plan on the captive portal and pay with UPI, card or net banking through your own payment gateway (Easebuzz, AblePay or Razorpay). They are connected as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How do guests reach the payment page before they are online?
While paying, the guest gets a short payment window of limited internet so UPI apps and bank OTP pages work; the gateway’s pages are also allowed in the router’s walled garden.
Can plans renew automatically?
Yes. Plans can auto-renew from a prepaid wallet, and customers get reminders before a plan expires and a message when it renews or fails.
