Can I disconnect a user remotely?

Yes. Live sessions show who is online on each hotspot and network, and you can disconnect a session from the console; the router is told through RADIUS.

How do I know a router is down?

Routers send a heartbeat; when it stops, the console marks the gateway offline and the dashboard shows it.

Can I have separate networks per floor or purpose?

Yes. Each SSID or VLAN is a network with its own portal profile, plans and rules, and reports can be viewed per network.
