FAQ
Corporate WiFi: Common Questions
How do visitors get WiFi without sharing the office password?
Visitors join a guest network and verify their mobile number by OTP on a branded portal. They never see the staff network password, and every login is recorded with the number and time.
Can employees and guests be kept apart?
Yes. Staff and guest networks are separate SSIDs or VLANs with their own portals and rules. Employees can use member logins with their own limits, guests get time-limited access.
Can we see who was connected and when?
Yes. Live sessions show who is online on which network, and history, usage and exports are kept for reports. Important admin actions are recorded in an audit log.
